Paid Wi-Fi 802.11 Wireless LAN Technical Support Services

Telephone and email support (9am - 5pm California time, M-F) is INCLUDED as part of each Connect EZ Solution Suite. These services are also available on a contract basis at a rate of $125.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments for telephone support with each email incident being treated as a single 15-minute period. Minimum retainer fee is 2 hours ($250.00) with high volume discounts available.
   

Connection Coach Services for Self-Installation Support

When you purchase a turnkey Connect EZ Solution Suite you may already have the in-house resources available to perform the installation of the equipment. Your staff has the full support of Connect802 to get your system up and running.
