24X7 Network Monitoring Operations Center
The
Speed Wire NOC is the "backbone" for
Speed Wire's local and nationwide service
accounts. The NOC performs rollouts
on a nationwide basis - installing,
configuring, testing, and providing
maintenance for customer premise equipment
in addition to cabling, testing, and
maintaining voice data, and video circuits.
The NOC fields customer trouble, service,
and installation calls that may take
anywhere from 15 minutes to one week.
The NOC handles a broad range of requests,
from simple jobs like fixing a dead
phone jack to completely wiring a new
office space for a customer. The Speed
Wire NOC handles calls 24 hours a day,
7 days a week, 365 days per year. The
NOC is able to leverage its high-quality
services due, in part, to its standard
operating procedures and custom tailored
computer programs.
