Connect802 is seeking an Account
Manager responsible for the direct
sales of wireless products and services
in a specific geographical region
via phone and web with some travel
to clients’ sites. Having designed
over 1 BILLION square feet of indoor
and outdoor wireless network systems,

Position Responsibilities:
The Account Manager identifies
client needs, works with Connect802
engineering to specify equipment
and service requirements, prepares
and presents price quotations,
and aggressively closes sales.
- Increase market share for Connect802’s
wireless products and services
within an assigned territory
- Create and execute on a plan
to develop business relationships
for all commercial businesses,
educational and healthcare verticals
in assigned territory
- Identify, qualify, and engage
key groups involved in Wireless
Initiatives for their organization
- Work with "C-Level" executives
to build a strong, value-based
relationship and partnerships
- Enthusiastically prospect and
close inbound calls, vendor-supplied
leads, and outbound cold calls.
Some face-to-face field calls but
predominantly based in the San
Ramon, CA office.
- Accurately forecast opportunities
to Sales Management on a weekly/monthly/quarterly
basis. Weekly forecasting reviews
with Sales Management will be required
to update account activity, plan
execution, and market penetration.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years experience in
technology or software sales
- Strong, provable track record
of over-achievement and consistent
quota attainment
- Proficiency in MS Office and
Salesforce
- Strong grammatical accuracy
and heavy email and phone experience
- Ability to create and apply
new business models
- Proven experience selling and
developing business relationships
at the "C-level"
- Technical aptitude with wireless
data communications knowledge preferred
- Ability to travel within a territory
as required. Valid driver's license
and safe driving record.

Wi-Fi, and high-speed wireless point-to-point
commercial data systems.
Utilizing specialized 3-dimensional RF CAD modeling
and simulation allows us to create optimal designs
even when buildings are under construction. We can
provide installation truck rolls from over 200 locations
across the United States.
