When you need a high-gain 802.11 antenna, directional antenna for mesh router point-to-point links, yagi antennas for long range transmission, patch or panel antennas, or any specialized Wi-Fi antenna, We've Got You Covered. We can also arrange designing and manufacturing of custom antennas if our standard product line does not meet with your wireless system requirements. Complete antenna RF, electrical, and mechanical specifications and antenna graphs are available for all models.
The antennas shown here do not represent our complete product line.
High-Gain Directional Yagi Antennas
Our heavy duty mast mounting kit (shown) allows easy connection of a wide variety of high-gain, highly directional Yagi Wi-Fi antennas for 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11b/g, and 802.11a antenna design options. Power output is rated at 200 Watts and the units have wind survival ratings of up to 175 miles per hour. The unit shown on the right is a 2.4 Ghz 802.11b/g 6 dBi gain model with a 60-degree vertical beamwidth and a 90-degree horizontal beamwidth. No field tuning is necessary; just mount it, aim it, and you're ready to transmit with up to a 32X increase in effective output power (a 15 dBi gain model will output 32 dBm for every 1 dBm of input power!)
Microcell "Hemi" Antennas
A low profile antenna designed to fill large areas with uniform RF coverage. This MicroCell antenna provides a reliable interface to handheld transmitters, desktop systems and other network nodes, without concern for the orientation of the antennas. The elliptical polarization minimizes losses typically associated with cross-polarization. Mounted on the wall (indoors or outdoor antenna use) or on a ceiling (perhaps in an auditorium) the 70-degree by 100-degree signal propagation "cone" focuses the RF power where you need it and increases the transmitters effective output power by 5 dBi (the output power is slightly greater than 3 times the input power).
Low Profile "Disk" Antenna (3 dBi Gain)
This very small, low profile Wi-Fi antenna doubles the transmit power (relative to the output power of the access point or mesh router) and spreads the signal out (see graph to the right), making it ideal for a ceiling-mount application where all that's seen in the room is the tiny Low Profile Disk . The plenum-rated access point or hotspot controller is concealed above the visible ceiling. This antenna is available for many frequency bands!
Many Models to Choose From !
Connect802 offers many different antennas for Wi-Fi and other communication applications. We can design your system using Yagi antennas, sector panel antennas, and we can meet every requirement for environmental specification, performance, and visually pleasing antennas. Shown on the left are (from bottom to top) the 6 dBi High-Gain Directional Yagi, the 9 dBi model, and the 15 dBi unit.

Connect802 can help you with everything wireless. We are a supplier of WiFi antennas for 802.11 wireless LAN's and specialty antennas for other wireless communication systems. We provide complete antenna system design services too. Through our relationship with Astron Wireless we can offer you an antenna line for the 2.4 GHz ISM band with a wide array of antenna types. We can provide omni-directional, patch, yagi, parabolic grid, radome-enclosed yagi, and dish, sector as well as mobile mount, and ceiling mount antennas. Our WiFi antennas are 802.11b, 802.11g wireless LAN systems and Bluetooth compatible and we have detachable antennas for 801.11a PLUS we can work with you for 2.5G and 3G cellular antennas for CDMA EV-DO, PCS, and GSM antenna systems. Vehicles need GPS antennas? We've got you covered. Looking into 802.16 WiMAX antenna choices, talk to us. Are you deploying Wireless Medical Telemetry Systems (WMTS), we can help you do the initial design work before you go out to the hospital with your spectrum analyzer for site validation. Are trying to build a "Pringles Can" can antenna to increase your WiFi range? We recommend that you don't do it. The hardware store bolts and washers are not actually tuned to the exactly right frequency and there is speculation that the reverse-EMF will ultimately damage a Wi-Fi radio. We can help you with wireless local loop. We are the experts when it comes to suggesting alternatives to the standard omni-directional antennas that come with most typical wireless LAN equipment. A specialty 802.11 antenna choice can often bring wireless network network connectivity to a location that would otherwise be difficult or impossible to cover. Be sure to explore the Connect802 Antenna System Designer, an on-line RF calculator for link budget, path loss, near-field, antenna tower and mounting heights, earth bulge, refractive index, and more!
